Best Tub Drain in Tucson AZ

Had a clogged bathroom drain, called and they were out the same day. Unclogged the sink and it worked perfectly. Cody and Billy were professional, quick, and very good at what they do. Would recommend them to anyone.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! Angelo is the BEST and has only the best people working for him. The moment you talk to Angelo, you KNOW. My house, built in 1950's, has the plumbing IN the foundation. So when I had a leak about 3 ft. from outside my house,for the 2nd time since 5 years before, Angelo & Rick came out to assess. Angelo came up with a plan to replace water line to street, and reroute water line coming into house to my Water Softener hook-up in my laundry room. They started the next morning with Ben, 2nd day w/Ben & Marty, and 3rd day w/Ben finishing up. What a job!! What a crew!! Ben is so courteous & cleaned up EVERYTHING....couldn't even tell that he had been there except for his perfect workmanship. Ben & Marty had 2 jack hammers going the 2nd day to lay the new water line out to the street, and it was this past summer....HOT outside! I was so happy & proud of the job they had done; happy with the results and the cost & so proud to refer Affordable Plumbing to everyone I know! Thank you, Angelo, Rick, Ben, & Marty! Hot water stopped working on Friday, called Saturday and were able to get a technician to come out on Sunday within the time period they stated. Andy was professional and courteous, and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it same day. We are very impressed with the reliability of this company. They stand behind their work and have knowledgeable technicians.

Excellent service and price. We had a toilet giving us problems intermittently and Tim found the problem and fixed it in less than 1/2 hour. Price was very reasonable. We feel very comfortable recommending Swanson's Plumbing to all of our friends in Green Valley!!

Be very careful with this company. I had contacted my home warranty company because of a clogged drain between my bathrooms that was preventing us from using our showers and toilets and they told me they would send their contractor out to perform the work and we would pay $65 when we were done.

The contractor sent a technician who responded when I answered the door by saying, Did you call? I need to collect the $65 before I do anything. That was a red flag to me as I just had another company out to unclog another, separate drain a week before and waited until the job was completely done before I paid the $65. I informed this technician and initially protested but dropped in when I stood my ground. He kept asking me the same questions over and over again, such as Is there a clean out?, which I told him four times not that I could find, and loudly complained when I told him the other guy had to clear the drain by going on the roof. He loudly complained about it and asked how he was able to even do it. I explained he took his equipment apart carried it up and put it back together. He asked to use my ladder (which was and is buried in the back of my garage) and when I told him no and asked why he couldn't use the ladder on top of his truck he said he just thought it would be easier to use mine. I told him no and he grumbled and retrieved his ladder.

Two hours later he ultimately failed to unblock the drain and told me that he would have to call his boss (the owner) to come over and they would charge me an additional $325. That price seemed really high and once his boss arrived I brought it up and his boss loudly complained about the liability of going on our roof, paying for two people, etc... and attempted to shame me by saying, So you don't want to me pay my employees? and threatened to leave. I told him to set up while I made a phone call, and called his competitor. Without telling them the situation I asked them for a price to perform the same service that same day and they told me they would do it for $209 since it was after hours (normally $189). The owner at this time came back in and said that he would do me a favor and knock the price down to $300. I told him I no longer needed his services and he could leave my property. His competitor (Drain Masters LLC) came, cleared the clog, and charge the $209 as promised.

Long story short, be very wary of these guys. The owner obviously thought he had me over a metaphorical barrel and could take advantage of my situation to rip me off. Unfortunately, they do seem to have the contract to perform a lot of these services for home warranty companies, but if you have a choice or if you exceed what the warranty covers do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Isaac was professional and knowledgeable as well as sympathetic to my situation. He was on time and worked quickly. The price was very reasonable and I will call him again with any issues I may have with my plumbing.

Marty did a great job and answered all my questions about time & cost to replace toilet in the future when I only needed the wax ring replaced. Was in & out fast.

Serviceman was friendly, professional, and educated me on a few things. Great experience!

Jorge was very professional and friendly. He showed up on time for the scheduled appointment time. I'm very pleased with his work.

All I can say is I wish there were more people like Ramon. I have so much respect for someone who takes pride in his work and goes beyond the normal to satisfy his customers. My AirB&B sprung a leak. They called me. I called him. Ramon had the water shut off and the problem diagnosed before I even got there. Less than half and hour. He then proceeded to go get new parts and fixed it NO CHARGE. In less than 2 hours. Too awesome Ramon!

Mr. B is awesome and honest! He took the time to figure out a very odd tub installation that was done incorrectly by someone else and he solved the problem. If I ever need plumbing help, he's the first person I'll call. I highly recommend him.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!

Oscar was great, went above and beyond to get the job done, and did a beautiful job.
