Anthony was on time and knew what he was doing! He found and repaired the leak in our pipe in an hour and was very reasonable~ compared to other exhorbitant quotes we had gotten! We had to use Curtis Plumbing to re-install a water heater (Ram Plumbing completely botched the job--the water heater did not pass inspection and the gas company turned off gas to the house it was so unsafe. Ram refused to fix the installation). Curtis Plumbing fixed the issue in a timely manner AND, while still expensive, they came in several hundred dollars under their original quote. They were nothing but professional.

Used Dunn Plumbing for washer and dryer plumbing pipes that were broken. They were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, skilled and fixed my problem in first visit. I’m in the Tucson area but would recommend to folks in Phoenix or anywhere in Arizona.

Michael came over at the request of my home warranty. He told me one thing, (the correct diagnosis, according to a second plumber), and then told the home warranty there was no issue. He lied, took our cash, and walked away. Michael, or anyone from Agile Plumbing, will never set foot on my property again. Find a different plumber!

Joe was so knowledgeable and helpful to me when I botched my own repair/installation of my RO system. I emailed some questions and within the hour had a call and visit scheduled for the same day!

Joe came out same day to help me find the part I broke and get my system back up and running. Plumber of Tucson is my only plumber of choice now because of the service everyone on the team provides from their office people to the plumbers out in the field like Joe.

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago
