I was so impressed with the technician who serviced our a/c. The whole experience was so easy. I called made the appointment, tech came out and everything was done. What I was most impressed with was how nice and curtious the tech was. I will definitely use these guys from now on. The tech was awesome and i felt like they really cared. He took his time to explain everything done and recommend future work without being pushy whatsoever. Bonus got a flashlight that really brought back some memories. Brian Hall, Division Manager, got here quickly. Spent much time attempting to snake the sewer clog. When it was clear it wasn’t working, he came back the next day with the “big guns” to clear the clog! No fees unless the solution was complete.

They refuse to come back out to do the job
The job they they did was not up to specifications and refused to come back to fix the problem.
Very poor customer service.
I wasn't asking much I don't think, just make the job proper.
Nothing was done.
I was told by the receptionist that they wouldn't be coming back out to fix the problem.
Very shady company.
DO NOT USE.
That's my opinion, think of it as you will.

Had called 2 different plumbers , one never showed the other said I would need a whole new toilet then never called us back. These people came in and replaced all the parts in our tank. The 2 men were very professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Good guys, good company and I will be calling them in the future. Pricing was very reasonable also.

I'm very happy with the work and professionalism of Plumber of Tucson. I had ongoing clogging problems in my main line and in one of my bathrooms. Using a camera inspection, Plumber of Tucson identified that both problems were related to roots that had grown into the lines. I feared a major plumbing repair or replacement was inevitable. The video inspection I was shown looked pretty bleak but after using descaling and hydro jetting equipment, there are no more signs of roots. The plumbers showed me both before and after video footage of both areas and I was shocked at how clean they were after their work.

They were kind, knowledgeable, clean, and thorough and the price I paid for the service was thousands of dollars less than a major repair or replacement would cost. They were very positive and never tried to make the matter seem worse than it was and I was especially grateful they never tried to up-sell me anything. I'm especially grateful to John, the plumber who led the project. He was kind and professional every step of the way. After seeing the videos with the roots, I expected to be given a sales pitch on pipe re-lining but that never happened.

Plumber of Tucson is now saved in my phone contacts and they will definitely be the first I call if I have any issues in the future.
