Communicated well prior to arrival. He was on time. Very professional. Explained what was wrong and how it was repaired. Future use suggestions. He was polite, neat and clean and and left the area he was in tidy. He has been here before for a repair and did an excellent job

Came home water heater was leaking. Called Parker and sons ,Chris responded within the hour telling me he was on the way . When he arrived here he gave me a list of options which helped me tremendously. He left I went and bought all the supplies needed. Called back and was able to come replace my water heater same day . Saved me money time and a headache. Will always be thankful for chris and P & S . I will use them anytime something else happens also will recommend and refer anyone to them. Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.
