I have an older home that was built in the 40s with galvanized plumbing. Two pipes had busted over the last the 6 years. When I had this last one burst, I got a referral from 88 Drain to call George at Zing Plumbing. George showed up the day I called and assessed my situation, providing me with all my options. Not wanting to have to worry about another pipe busting, I decided to replace all my plumbing. Glad I did it.

He gave me a reasonable quote for the job, in addition to a timeline and a detailed description of how the work would go. George and his partner James showed up exactly on time every day. Little things came up, but they were no big deal - I was kept in the loop. For example, what times the water would be turned on and off. They kept the off times to a minimum. The work got done in the 4 days that George said it would. And the quote he gave is exactly what I paid. No over charges.

Another thing I liked was that they cleaned at the end of each day. Plus they're just nice dudes.

Rocky was beyond awesome and so so loved Christie. Absolutely love a woman who knows how to answer tech questions w/o having to consult a tech. Was in such a horrible place. Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

We had a chronic slow flowing flushing toilet. It would be okay and then not okay. Called Goettl services for plumbing issue. They worked us in that same day and took care of the issue. The repair man (sorry I don’t recall his name) was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Goettl services to anyone. Thanks Goettl:)

All I can say is I wish there were more people like Ramon. I have so much respect for someone who takes pride in his work and goes beyond the normal to satisfy his customers. My AirB&B sprung a leak. They called me. I called him. Ramon had the water shut off and the problem diagnosed before I even got there. Less than half and hour. He then proceeded to go get new parts and fixed it NO CHARGE. In less than 2 hours. Too awesome Ramon!
