Have had Richard out to my home twice. Once for trouble shooting aircon (adding dye) and today for IR check for leaks. In a nut shell, he and his manager/supervisor have been outstanding. Thank you to both. On the first visit he even dove right in after encountering the local wildlife... And as a side note, people answering the phones have ALL been great.
