Best Sewer Camera Inspection in Tucson AZ

The owner, Mary, is incredibly rude. Last night I called to inquire as to why our water had gotten shut off for the 3rd time this week without any notification. She immediately got and attitude told me that they don't deal with that I should call my landlord and gave me and very sarcastic Okay? Thanks. Then this morning when our water got shut off again, I called our property management company. Drainmasters had not told them that they were coming back and shutting off our water. When I called to ask Drainmasters again, Mary started yelling at me and saying rude things like Oh, honey.. (Rudely and sarcastically). I will never recommend this company just because Mary can't deal with other people. If you can't handle complaints, you shouldn't be dealing with customers. She never even apologized for the inconvenience.

Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

**YET ANOTHER UPDATE**Jeff Finally returned my husband's multiple calls... Sent out 2 very senior repairman who were yet again Amazing. Long story short... They didn't find an issue and said that they would refund us for a relay we had paid for and the motor that we did not need.... Its now been past 7-10 business days and we have not seen a refund nor are we getting any return calls from Jeff (Surprise Surprise). Whoever is Jeff's manager really need to have him take a course in customer service and apparently how to pick up a phone. Unfortunately for us... Since Goettl installed the unit and we paid for the yearly maintenance we will continue to use them until we move out of this house soon. But would I ever recommend Goettl to anyone... NO! However I will say... Their saving grace is their customer service reps who answer the phone and get stuck dealing with angry people that the upper management seems to upset.*UPDATE*Since this review has been written we have been waiting about 48 hours to speak to a manager. The manager Jeff in Tucson is aware that we are waiting to speak to him and he has yet to reach out. We have spoken to multiple customer service agents (including a call from corporate telling us she was escalating this situation to her manager) that have all been Amazing. Sam yesterday waited with me on the line to get me in touch with Robert since we have been told each and every time that we call that a manager will be with us within 30-45 minutes.... And each time we call back they say they are putting in another request for a manager to call is back. I find it unbelievably irritating that on the positive review that was posted before, Goettl informs us to reach out for further assistance and yet no one can call us back... The only reason there is still a 2 star review in place of 1 is because every customer service agent we have spoken with has been awesome.*ORIGINAL POST*We came home from a small mini vacation with our kids to a warm home. We had used Goettl in the past to install our new air handler and condenser unit outside. Another great experience. This past Thursday when we got home I called Goettl and they scheduled us immediately and came out Friday mid-morning. Joe C. Was not only friendly and beyond helpful but an actual pleasure to have in our home. We have 2 children and he not only engaged us but them as well. Used Knight Owl in a pinch last night. Anthony was on site and handling business in less than an hour of calling in. Had everything he needed with him. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Great customer service too.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

I have had 4 other plumbers try to diagnose a slow draining bathtub, and none of them could figure it out. Valentine Plumbing showed up, and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes and was extremely affordable. I will be using them from now on! Highly recommend!

I needed the water line from the meter to the house replaced. I'd dug the 55 foot trench so only the line installation was required. I've learned the hard way that too many plumbers in Tucson aren't honest. If they need to advertise on TV it's because they always need to find new customers as they surely don't have many repeat customers. The owner of my air conditioning service provided the name for Knight plumbing. I value recommendations (word of mouth) over songs and riddles on TV spots.

Dave arrived and within five minutes he was busy at work. He didn't waste any time and being a handyman myself it was easy to see he knew what he was doing. Along with Austin they installed the Warsbow PEX line, connections to the meter, installed a ball valve at the house along with the required copper line. The job was complete in two hours. The time involved was what I'd expected and the cost was within $66 of my expected time and materials. This is the way service people should take care of a customer's needs. By the way, Dave's wife Vera answered the phone and scheduled the work. I was pleasant to her so she returned the courtesy. I wouldn't think of not being polite and demanding they drop everything for me.

Everyone at Swanson Plumbing are excellent to work with, I called Rachel and scheduled a water heater replacement due to mine was leaking and they responded the same day. She was super polite and understanding on the phone. Tim and Adrian were both very professional and knowledgeable. There was some extra work due to the leak and they took care of everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs. I will certainly be calling them again when I need any plumbing work. THANKS again to the whole team.

Daniels plumbing came to my house for a water leak and treated us very well and friendly and cheapp!!!!!

I noticed water stains in a corner area (and then the next day, water dripping from the ceiling) in a room off the garage. Seth was very professional and thorough. After a while, he finally found the source of the leak up in the ceiling. He checked for other sources of leaks in the house and yard while he was here. Upon my request, he recommended a couple of excellent plumbing companies. The plumbing company I called was great --they came right away and fixed the leak. Seth answered my questions and gave advice when I asked for it. He even texted to check up on the repair many hours after he left. I understand why this company has an excellent reputation in town. The price was discussed up front when I scheduled the appointment and there were no surprises on the final bill. Very professional company. The workers (I dealt primarily with Seth) that came were very pleasant and neat while they were here.
