All of the work was well explained and Dave was so nice to work with. He became my kids best friend before the work was even done. The original replacement installation was faulty and the leak penetrated the roof and the ceiling below it.Upon my complaint, the new unit was removed, the hole covered and drying units provided. Upon repair of the ceiling, a second unit was installed. It was an upgrade.The problem was completely resolved and the new unit works perfectly.You are to be complimented for your ownership of the problem and the professional way you solved the problem.I can recommend you without reservation.

The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. Anthony was on time and knew what he was doing! He found and repaired the leak in our pipe in an hour and was very reasonable~ compared to other exhorbitant quotes we had gotten! Even though Paul had other jobs that kept him well beyond a “normal” day, he installed my water softener in the early evening to get the job done as had previously said he would on that date.
