The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. We were getting an estimate to install an instant hot water heater in the kitchen. Junior gave very good advice and insight into three options and we are still considering the least expensive of the three.

As always it's shower time and the kid's tub backs up! I run and rent a sewer tool from a local hardware store and spend an hour trying to clear the clog with no luck. Affordable Plumbing was recommended to me so I call them up and in no time Angelo is in my yard clearing my line. Once the line was cleared he was even able to run a camera to show me the problem areas... I will definitely call them back out when I'm ready to repair that sewer line! Thanks!!

First of all service was set for Sunday between 8-10 am technician never came. I called office once again was told that they would be here between 8-10 again Monday but never came! I called office once again was told they would be here around 6pm due to back log on services well tech came at 8:00 pm. Tech always gives great service we also asked if we could be given warranty papers and instructions on how to use thermostat. Benton Baxter looked up what we have under warranty he was very helpful. But we would still like to have written information on warranty.

I was very happy with the person that came to fix my A/C that had stopped working. He was very knowledgeable about air conditioners and took the time to explain what was wrong with my air conditioning. He fixed the problems and soon my air conditioning was up and running. I would highly recommend Parker and Sons if you want the work done right.

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!
