STAY FAR AWAY.

I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Brian came to our home jumped right in on our broken water heater was very nice and very professional I will call Tucson Plumbing if I ever have plumbing problems of any kind such a pleasant experience

We had a new shower system installed recently and all we could get was cold water. As we had the shower installed for our 91 year young mother it was a huge problem. Alex from Code Blue came to the rescue! He figured out what the issue was, took apart the shower, got everything right and we are in hot water!!! He was awesome it was not a quick fix it took a little fiddling around but he got it and even gave Mom a lesson on how to use the new shower system. Alex was awesome would have him back anytime to fix an issue with our home. Thanks Code Blue and Alex!

Foster Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I have ever used. A short month after I purchased my new home, my pipes busted. Foster plumbing came out the same morning of the call and repaired my pipes at a very fair price. I am now selling this property and something came up in the inspection report that I needed to repair. I called Foster Plumbing and they we're out the very same day, made all of the necessary repairs and again, charged a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company.

We had several plumbers come out to our home to provide an estimate or guidance on how to repair our water lines. We own a tri level home so the project was not a welcomed or easy one! Cesar came out provided quality guidance and was willing to take on the challenges we presented! After the job was complete we were more than pleased with the service! We had such a positive experience with Plumbing 360! We had Ramon out on a Monday due to a clogged sink. He explained the issue and what he could do, and gave us a quote. We decided to try our luck with our warranty company, who sent out another plumber. That plumber said the resolution Ramon recommended was correct, but that it was not covered under our warranty. He actually said the pricing Ramon quoted us was very reasonable and better than they could offer us if we went out-of-pocket. So I called him back Wednesday morning to ask if he could return and do the proposed work; He was here by 1pm that same day! His work was great and the price was extremely fair. We could not have asked for more! Definitely would recommend, 100%.
