The hot water pipe going to my sink snapped off at 5:30 in the morning and begin blowing water everywhere in my kitchen, turned off the main water to my home and began cleaning it up. I called Expert plumbing and explained what had happened and they agreed to send someone as soon as they could.

8:19 a.m and I received a call letting me know they were in the area and on their way, Dan arrived shortly after and immediately addressed the problem. He got to work and within an hour the problem was fixed and a new pipe was installed and water was restored. I'd recommend them to anyone I know who needs repairs or maintenance done!

They installed a new unit without bothering to look at the ducting. I was charged a fourth more for a unit that does not do its job and after it was installed I am told the problem was the ducting. They gave me an estimate of almost 4000 to replace the ducts on a 1000 sf single story townhouse, almost 3 times more than the best companies in Tucson. Arico has a technician who is very rude and flippant, and a field supervisor smelling of alcohol at 8am, who put holes in my walls and totally avoided the issue of repairing them. I used this Internet sites and their rating system to find a good company and this is what I got in return. Please do your research before calling this company specially if you are a woman and a senior. The positive comments here are suspicious, check others.

Hired Cal's Plumbing after ongoing issues with my tankless water heater. Another company came out three separate times and was unable to accurately diagnose the problem despite charging me $240. Donovan from Cal's came out and within 30 minutes had contacted the manufacturer, diagnosed the problem and located the replacement part. He wore a mask and shoe covers, which was awesome to see and is one little sign that he cares. After diagnosing the original problem, he recommended several other actions to ensure my water heater plumbing and wiring were up to code. The level of service provided by Donovan and Cal's plumbing has ensured I pick them first next time. OH! I almost forgot, I also had to move my original appt. and found Cal's to be extremely accommodating.

I basically don't recommend Presidio Plumbing. The worst experience with a plumbing company ever. Their sales manager is useless and not trustworthy. Find someone else to help. The dispatcher has no experience at his job.
