Mike , came out today and unclogged my kitchen sink. He gave me options on how to do and it was done in no time. Highly recommend this company !!

My upstairs bathtub leaked into my downstairs kitchen, needless to say we thought it would be a major repair. Cale came out, diagnosed the problem, tested a few different ways it could leak, had to cut a whole in my ceiling to confirm, then solved the problem. It ended up being a loose overflow drain and only required a screw driver to fix. He it down and did not charge a cent. He spent his time and expertise to fix a problem, I know it was simple but that kind of service is hard to find now. He has made a customer for life and I will be calling back for any future needs.

Not only did he fix our leak but he recommended a restoration company after hearing how my first consultation went. The company he suggested was amazing and helped me set up my insurance claim making the whole process very easy for me.

It is clear the Cale is an honorable man and he holds his partnerships with other companies to the same level of responsibility. Really you can not go wrong with this company.

The General we hired to do a remodel hired little john heating and cooling and they came and hooked up a multi split unit with not correct wire gauge that may have caused a fire when the system got loaded down they ran wires on the outside of building they disconnected other breakers to make it work.they did an absolute horrendous job and wasn't going to correct it . And there's more . But Picture Rocks came out and re wired everything made the entire system safe and it looks like someone cared when they did the work . We will call them back for other jobs . I got a call back within a couple of hours and was able to set up an appointment for my toilet flange and water valve issues.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

I experienced a small leak within the wall of my master bedroom. My insurance company used a service to get these guys out here. They were at my home within 2 hours and immediately put their machines to work. These guys move quick. Soon the leak detection company was there, the plumber soon after. We were up and running within a day and the dry-out complete within two days. Thanks Paul!!! Oh yeah the insurance adjuster and the service they use were also terrific.

Jordan Benjamin quickly evaluated the problem and had identified the failed component, within five minutes. An exact replacement part was on the truck. Time to replace was reasonable.We have had other techs out for service and they took an hour plus to figure out the problem.

We have bi-annual inspections, filter changes and cleaning of our commercial HVAC systems in two buildings on our non-profit campus. I appreciate Dean, our Technician, who is thorough, explains things, and gives us information to plan for future service and possible parts replacement with the age of our units. As a non-profit this helps us plan. Thanks Dean, you are the best!

I used to have extremely high arches, but because I have large feet, it has always been hard to find shoes that fit let alone ones with enough arch support. After having worked at numerous jobs where I am constantly standing on concrete or similar floors, my arches have finally completely flattened out. I have been going to Hirsch's for over 2 years now, and have been helped by nearly all of their employees with every one of them being extremely helpful and going way beyond what most places consider acceptable customer service standards. They always have the size I need (even if it's not in the exact color or style I like), and help me choose the best shoe for whatever I need it for. There is a difference between liking how a shoe looks and if it will actually do the job required or not. Unfortunately, the owner is retiring and closing the store. If they aren't already closed, they will be in the next month or so.

I haven't been helped by the woman mentioned in previous reviews. The employees have all been men. What with working in the airport selling electronics, I know exactly how she feels when knowing someone is just there to find out what size they need then buy it online because it's less expensive, but I would never ever be rude to someone because of it. That is extremely bad practice. And if someone is looking for something my company doesn't carry, the internet is the first place I recommend; even giving suggestions on specific sites to try for whatever it is they need. I'm not a used car salesman and will NEVER sell something to someone that I know for a fact won't work for their needs, unless they insist on purchasing the item even after being forewarned it wasn't meant for that. Luckily, I haven't run into this issue during any of my visits to Hirsch's.
