Danny has serviced and/or repaired the HVAC units in our personal home as well as our rental properties. He is always more than helpful and explains all options any time we need a repair. At our new house, when the AC broke down in the middle of summer, he took into account the fact that I was pregnant, and helped track down a portable AC to get through the 2 days between the initial breakdown and when the replacement parts came… Without that our weekend would have been beyond miserable! We’d highly recommend TempCon and Danny in particular.

We've been using Pioneer Plumbing for three years, since we bought our new home. They have done extensive work for us and we have always been very happy with the quality and customer service from the plumbing crew. Danny Perez is absolutely the best and has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions, including in emergencies. We have loved having a plumber who we could count on and who genuinely cared about our needs. The back office has not always been so on top of things. Pioneer did a project for us in 2019 and neglected to bill us for over a year. A small piece of that project ($150) was repairing a pipe our exterminator broke, which the extermination company asked Pioneer to bill to them directly. When it was brought to our attention that they never invoiced us, we paid them right away, except for that small bill, which we asked Pioneer to send to the exterminator, and they did. Many months later, in September 2021, we got a call from Pioneer saying they had never been paid the $150. We'd had a death in the family and were out of state at the time, and asked for some time to follow up with the extermination company given the circumstances. We received a couple of voice mails from Mike at Pioneer over the next two weeks, followed by a text in week three threatening to send us to collections. We were once again about to travel out of state, this time for the memorial service. We have impeccable credit, because we always pay our bills, so on our way to bury my wife's mother I took time during a brief layover to call Pioneer and pay the bill so it wouldn't go to collections, knowing we would likely not now be able to recoup it from the exterminator. This was the last thing we should have had to think about at that time. This experience was so completely out of character for Pioneer and the excellent, personalized service we were accustomed to receiving. My wife spoke with an owner about it and apparently Mike was just doing his job and there was nothing wrong with the way he treated us, so we won't be using or recommending Pioneer again. Pro tip to local businesses: when a good loyal customer asks for a little extra time to take care of something in a time of crisis, and it's no big hardship to you, grant it. Your kindness will not be forgotten. If your company is a jerk to someone who is grieving and makes an incredibly hard time even worse, we are not likely to forgive that. All you had to do was show a little compassion and give us another couple of weeks, Mike, but you got your lousy $150. Hope it was worth losing a customer.

The Technician was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I especially liked how he explained each of the repairs required and showed me the damage that had happened to my system. I will be using Cool Willys from now on for all of my HVAC needs !

I recommend MacInnis Plumbing without hesitation. They did an incredible job. From the first meeting they were highly professional and the work was some of the cleanest plumbing work we have ever seen. They scoped the work properly, were on time and did exactly what they said they would. And Kasey was an absolute pleasure to work with.

These folks did an outstanding job. Honest and straight forward. Did not try to upsell me anything or sell me what I did not need. My AC system bought the farm after almost 14 years, and needed to be replaced. They rushed over a couple of portable cooling units to hold me over until the parts arrived and the work could be scheduled. The price for all work done was very reasonable. I called Temperature Control (who plasters the mailbox with flyers) for an estimate. They were almost three thousand more, and only offered a warranty that was half of what Done Rite offered. Needles to say, Done Rite got the job and I could not be happier. Everyone I had contact with, whether on the phone, or in person, was friendly, professional, and really cared about doing a good job.

I was in need of some emergency plumbing service due to a water heater leak. My insurance company recommended Al Coronado Plumbing. I called and Plumbing Advisor Kevin Khamjani came to my house. We discussed all the issues; he was respectful of my time and situation, and explained my options. Alphonso (Fonzie) the plumber on the job, came the following two days and worked in my house and garage. He was very courteous and respectful of my surroundings; he cleaned up after himself, and kept me informed of everything he was doing. When he was finished, we looked at the work he had done, made a few changes, and he left. I was very pleased with the service and attention I received.

Finding a good plumbing service is a bit of a minefield. We recently had a serious leak on a rental home - right before Christmas of course, - the first bid we got was minimum 5k - not liking the quote, nor the lack of diagnosis done to back it up we decided to call Affordable plumbing. Long story short - problem was diagnosed properly and taken care of swiftly and efficiently at a very reasonable price, but with a high degree of workmanship.

STAY FAR AWAY.

I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.
