I called Drainmasters in the early morning and I was able to get them scheduled within a few hours. Billy and Cody were super friendly, efficient, and cleared out our drain! We’ll be using them again in the future.

After trying a different company first with poor results, I called Fusion on a recommendation, and Quincy came out and did an excellent job at diagnosing issues with my heat pump system when it was having motor and airflow issues. He came back several times to make sure he could test it correctly and I think he gave me the right diagnosis accordingly. His repair work was good. I thought the charge for his work was quite reasonable. I'd use Quincy at Fusion again.

George responder to a plumbing issue with the master bath shower, which was the result of a small leak leak in the pipe for the shower head. George walked me through his plan for the repair and took my input as well, which I very much appreciated. He provided a quote for the repair at a fair price and completed the fix in a timely matter. Once completed he gave me the opportunity to review his work and see if anything worse needed to be done. Fantastic work and I would recommend Zing plumbing to anyone with a need for a plumber.

Best Priced Plumbing fixed a leak in my bathtub faucet, installed a new kitchen faucet, replaced my water heater valve and two outside water faucets. Great job, super people, and not over priced. I really recommend them!

Our air conditioners have been nothing but problems since we’ve had them installed. Buyer BEWARE. One of our two units has been a complete dud. It’s went out every year . We were told it was a bad install. The first fox lead to complete house leaks. We had ceiling leaks ,complete drywall replaced from the leaks, then the next year the repair caused leaks all over the side of our house with orange water. The third year it stopped we were without air conditioning a week in the hot summer . The brand new units have required complete reconfiguration twice because of a ‘bad install’ and now the same unit is having problems yet again. Every year after $20,000+ . I would never recommend this company. We went with them because we though they were honest and veteran owned.

Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

I received same day service and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the problem and knew what to do to fix the problem. We are very satisfied and happy to have running water again! Garrett was wonderful and we would like to request him for all of our service calls!

Richard was very responsive even before he arrived. He treated me like I was a VIP from the start and made me feel very comfortable. He went straight to work, always answered my questions completely. He found and fixed the problem in short order and I was back in the Cool! Very happy customer!

Be careful when shopping at this business. My wife and I bought a pair of dance shoes. My wife changed her mind and never took them out of the box. I attempted to reurn them and I was told there is no return on dance shoes even though they were never worn.

I reminded the sales associate that she told both of us that we could return them if they did not fit well. She claimed that she said we could return them for an exchange only. I told her that I did not remember her saying this.

I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to come out and talk me. The sales associate told me that I should have read the receipt (very small print) when I purchased the shoes.

The bottom line is that they did not care about customer satisfaction. The sales associate was extremely rude and uncaring.

I will never enter this store again.
