We had some issues with our sewers on Christmas day and called the next day 12/26/2022 and Zach came out that same day and was very professional and nice he answered all my dads John Jack Smiley questions and we will be calling them to come back and fix the problems they saw. I sent them several text questions regarding a leak I needed to have repaired. They never responded.

Another company, Taz Plumbing, called back within 5 minutes and was out to do the repair, on a Saturday, within an hour.

Their workers were very professional; very knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with the owner of the local branch. The quality of the work was good.

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

We had water leaking somewhere under the floor. We saw their TV ad saying they have the technology to quickly find and fix leaks under floor. So we called them to come help us locate the leak. They didn't even try to locate the leak. Just told us there was a leak under the floor. (We already knew that.) Then they gave us bid for $9,000.00 to completely repipe the house. We located and fixed the leak ourselves for around $400. Calling Cummings was a waist of time.

Rick was pleasant, knowledgeable and experienced . He was reasonably
priced . We were both very satisfied with his work. We will definitely use him in the future.
