Zack was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

They came to do a simple faucet move/install off an existing line. It ended up being a bit more complicated due to the age of the line. They didn't stop until it was perfect. The pride and professionalism they showed was phenomenal.

I have been using the services of Intelligent Design Air conditioning and Heating since last year when they came to service my AC. I was so impressed with them, that I took out a service contract with them. They service my AC and heating and even take care of my water heater once a year. Thankfully, I have not needed their 24 hour services but based on the way we were treated during routine maintenance, I'm confident that any emergency situations will be handles with the professionalism they have already shown.
