Sean and his team were great! We had a fairly substantial leak in our backyard repaired. We contacted Fusion and Sean evaluated the problem the next day, and fit us in his schedule 2 days later. He showed us the problem and the nice repair completed. We recently had Picture Rocks give us an estimate for a new HVAC system. Ryan came out and went through our options with us without any hard sell. He also was extremely mindful of our budget. We signed the contract and within a week our new unit was installed. We apologize for not remembering the names of the guys that were here for the day long install, but they were all efficient, professional and personable. A few days after the install, we had an issue and called Ryan. He was on it immediately and sent someone out that very day. The problem was addressed and resolved to our complete satisfaction. In our opinion, you won't find a more customer oriented company to work with. We will always recommend and promote Picture Rocks Heating and Cooling to everyone we know!

George is knowledgeable, personable, courteous and smart! At his first visit he spent time assessing the situation and then gave me a written proposal about his plan to do the job. He arrived the next morning 5 minutes early and 8 hours later my yard was returned to its original state with a successful repair.
It was a pleasure doing business with him. I hope I have no more plumbing problems but if I do I know I have an excellent plumber to do the job!!

Anthony from Knight Owl Plumbing came to our house today to fix a broken sewer vent that had been stinking up our house for the better part of a year. After having 3 different plumbers come out to try to diagnose the problem, each of them not being able to figure out exactly what was going on, one of them finally suggested we have a smoke test done to see where the smells were coming from. We had the smoke test done by American Leak Detection, also a stellar team, and once they found the issue they referred us to Knight Owl Plumbing on Wednesday. I immediately called Knight Owl and Anthony was able to come out before the weekend and took care of the problem in about 30 minutes. The smells are gone and we are extremely grateful. I will be using Knight Owl from now on if we ever have any other plumbing issues and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.
