Drainmasters has always come through for me, and this visit was no exception. I had 2 leaky shower faucets, and vintage hardware that I didn't want to be damaged. Zack and Ben went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done thoroughly, and with care. They were professional, polite and on time. I will continue to call on Drainmasters for my future plumbing needs.

Over the last three years, I have had Zing Plumbing come 3 times for various repairs and installations. Mr. Etchen has installed a new hot water heater, replaced an outdoor faucet, wrapped pipes for the winter, installed a new kitchen faucet, and, today, he repaired a toilet and a shower head. He has done everything to perfection. He is always on time, reasonable in price, professional and cleans up after himself.I have never been disappointed in his work which he guarantees....but I have never had to call him back. He does the job right the first time. In addition to his skill, he is a super nice person.

Charlie and a wonderful young woman whose name I can’t remember (I’m old) came out to service my air conditioner today, and they were both thorough and incredibly nice and friendly; they checked every aspect of my cooling system, including the unit itself, which needed a small repair, as well as the thermostat. They explained everything carefully and professionally. And because I have a contract with them, it was all free! Unlike previous companies that I have used here, they are honest, kind and quite reliable. They are simply the most honest and reliable AC/heating company I have dealt with in Tucson. I highly recommend them! I forgot to add that the young woman whose name I can’t remember also checked my ducts from the roof, which is truly amazing! She said that they were really clean.After posting my previous great review, I was still having some problems with my system working when I selected the thermostat schedule option, i.e., it still wouldn't come on in the morning. If I set the thermostat to the hold setting, it worked fine day and night. I even tried changing the schedule to see if that would work, but it didn't.Yesterday Kevin Lehman cam out and installed a new thermostat, and even though it was quite late when he arrived (after 5:00 P.M.), he spent a long time making sure that it was properly installed and that I completely understood how to work it, since it is a much more modern thermostat (Alexa is a friend). He went up on the roof twice to make sure that the unit and the new thermostat were communicating properly.Kevin works incredibly hard because he didn't leave until after it was dark, and as he was leaving, he told me to call him if I had any questions. He would actually have stayed longer if I had needed more help, which is truly amazing since it was so late.

AJ and Rocky are absolute rockstars. They arrive on time, with a huge worktruck with all their gear needed- no hour long trips to HomeDepot. They are super professional, knocked out the job within the timeframe I was estimated and my bill was actually less than what we agreed to at first, no bait and switch, no extra services were needed or sold to us!!
