I had George's company come out to fix a leaking faucet (which turned out to be MANY issues). The job was finished in a professional manner. A couple of month's later another problem appeared and I called them to come back. I told him that I thought it was a problem that we had created and not at all an issue with their work. He went straight to work and fixed much more than what I had reported - again professional. While he was here, he also checked EVERY plumbing fixture in the house (inside and out) and made some recommendations. I'll use them again!

Our dishwasher was broken, so we called around and found this plumbing service who was able to come out the same day. Cody was our plumber, and he was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly recommended.

1/31/16Intelligent Design Air Conditioning and Heating. I would name them Incompetent Design Air Condition and Heating. Now going by Intelligent Design Cooling, Heating and Plumbing.My experience first started in July of 2015 and as of January 31, 2016 has not yet ended. At the time I called for service. Tom was the person I contacted. He was a person my brother knew from the construction industry and he always took care of me because of my medical issues. The company came out right a way and determined the old system needed to be replaced. Once again a heart-ship being on a fixed low income. Tom said they had a 4 ton unit he could give to me at a really good price because they had installed it wrong on another house. It should have been a 5 ton they put on that other house. That should have been the first sign. It still took several days to install, so I stayed at my daughters house.After installing the unit and a day later I went outside to inspect the unit. As it is ground set. Before they brought out the unit I asked if it would fit on the concrete pad the old unit is on. They said yes. The new unit hangs over the concrete pad it doesn't fit. Then I noticed a screw missing in the cover panel as it was open on one side. The fan on top was vibrating when the unit would run and cold air was leaking outside at the supply duct. Called Tom and he had the guys back out the next day. They had to take the whole unit apart to seal the duct work from the inside and fixed everything but the concrete pad that is to small now. At that time they were also going to switch the heating system from natural gas to propane. Tom said they had to order the part and could they replace it in October before it got cold outside. I said yes. Another mistake.The end of October I call Tom but only to get answering machines. After leaving several messages and several days going by I call the company and come to find out Tom isn't there anymore. But the guy I talked to said he remembered the deal and he would have the Field Supervisor call me. Several days go by and I call again , The office girl said she would have the Field Supervisor call me. Finally she called me back and said they would order the part. I told the Tom already did. She replied they received the wrong part. I was told it would take 2 - 12 working days. 14 Working days I called back. Wrong part again. They will reorder it again. So after I decided to right a review on Angie's List. Wow I got a call the very next day. Jason the General Manager said he would take care of everything. He said they would order the part and have it in two days. The second day he called and said it would be in the next day and they would install it that day. They did.Jason then wanted to talk about what would make me happy for all the trouble I went through. He suggested a 5 year service contact. I said no because I was thinking of all the trouble I just had. I suggested a partial refund of 10%. I thought he was going blow a gasket. We finally as he put it made a gentleman's agreement for $150.00 if I was to remove the bad feedback. He is not a person of his word, the check is in the mail and the bookkeeper was stealing company funds. If they hire people like that I don't want them in my house.So here is the true review which is what Angie's list is all about. The one I should have left to begin with. Don't let companies bribe you or con you into anything but the truth. We owe it to each other. Makes you wonder how all the good reviews were achieved.Sincerely, Randall Jakimowich

Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

They did excellent work for half the price of what other companies had quoted. They were responsive on the phone and on time for the appointment. They fixed my toilet and installed a new faucet. Every other company I called had quoted $400, but Apperson did it for $200 and they did a very good job. I will definitely use them again next time I need a plumber.

Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Very happy with the overall experience from contacting office for appointment to having them come to home, put in new toilets and servicing one and then cleanup!

Everyone I dealt with from the initial call after scheduling online to the technician that came out were professional and courteous. They gave an honest assessment of our air conditioning units and didn't try to upsell any unneeded services.

I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

Did you know you should drain and flush out your water heater yearly? 🤷‍♀️. Shout out to Imperial Plumbing Services for doing an outstanding job with our water heater maintenance today!
Paul was on time, very professional and knew just what to do. He drained, flushed and replaced a couple of parts that had been ruined on our water heater.. Hard water in AZ is no joke and by the looks of the anode, pretty nasty!
