Best Installation Water Line in Tucson AZ

The rating I gave reflects more on the employee than the company as a whole. Since I have not dealt with every single employee, I can't say whether this instance happens often or at all. I do not appreciate some random guy coming into my home to repair a hot water leak underground using my radio without my permission. If you want to listen to music while you work, bring your own radio. If you do use a customer's radio without permission, have the common sense to change the station back. I proceeded to remove the cord on the second round of him coming out, and he was obviously displeased by this because, in a child-like fashion, he changed the station anyway and left the button on AM. Aside from the radio bit, I am amazed by the lack of respect for other people's homes that this guy had. No shoe covers were worn at any time, so I had dusty, dirty shoe-prints all over the house and all over my black rugs (one of which had chunks of mud on it). At least stomp your feet a couple times near the work area to make some sort of attempt to remove debris from your shoes before tracking it all over the house. The guy also left mud all over my walls and didn't even bother to wipe it down. Again, common courtesy, when you make a mess in someone else's home, CLEAN IT UP. He could've closed the door to the bathroom where the work area was before filling in the hole, but that obviously didn't occur to him, so now I have a fine layer of dirt all over my entire house. This employee had ZERO respect for my home, and that reflects very poorly on the entire company. Luckily, there are dozens of other plumbing companies here in Tucson, and I bet one of them would be more respectful of my home.

Edit: In case anyone wants to know, the employee was Chris. I've read other reviews where people were happy with him. All those instances seem to point to the customer being there watching him, so naturally things will go smoothly. I was not so fortunate and had to let the property manager let him in. The property manager also was unhappy with him, due to the fact that he broke my sink which the HOA will now have to replace due to his incompetence, and also the fact that he was told he needed to bring a jackhammer for the leak was underground and he did not. I found out later that he left and was gone for 2 hours getting a jackhammer.

Sean & his team are amazing. They're on time, respectful of property & do amazing work. We've had many issues with our home from leaky pipes to leaky valves & previous work that wasn't done correctly. They've fixed it all & didn't make it seem like it was ever an annoyance which we have found with other contractors. Yesterday we had a new water heater installed by Chris & he was so sweet with my elderly mother, considerate of the glue smell & tried to do all the glue work outside as much as possible...along with doing a precise job & making sure our home was kept clean in the process. Fusion plumbing will be the only plumbing company we use from here on out. Sean has impeccable work standards that his crew lives up to. Thank you Sean!

Condenser fan quit running and I thought the motor went out. I called mid morning and Nick was out by early afternoon. It was the capacitor not the motor. He made sure our system was running fine before leaving. He was very courteous and didn't try to sell me more parts than I needed like other companies.

We really enjoyed having George install our water softener. He was very honest and upfront about the job, and what would be involved in the install. We were able to get it installed within a couple days of consultation. He did a great job on the install and worked with the quickness of an experienced professional plumber!

Highly recommended! Helped me through my home renovation when we needed to replace and run plumbing through the walls of our kitchen. No problems since :)

I noticed my 13 year old water heater was leaking at 8pm two nights ago. I had to drain it to stop the leak which meant my family would be out of hot water for as long it would take to get it fixed. I called Intelligent Design after an online search showed they had rapid emergency services. I called at 6:30am and reached Sonya. She was extremely professional and courteous and efficient. I immediately got a text confirming that someone would coming by. Then I got a phone call from someone also confirming. Soon, i got a text with Joshua’s picture saying he’d be coming over promptly. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He immediately recognized a major installation error in my broken water heater, which caused an internal leak and had slowly corroded the insides away for the last 13 years. He explained my options in terms I could understand and kindly answered all my questions. He went over all the pricing as well. And we reviewed options for water softener systems after I asked if we could discuss those. He did the chemical tests on my tap water and was very knowledgeable. Then he got my new water heater delivered and installed in a matter of a few hours. He worked quickly and went above and beyond, even though it was very hot in my garage. We had hot water so much sooner than I thought we would. I highly recommend Intelligent Design. If you happen to get Joshua as the one who comes to your house, trust me, you will be delighted. He is awesome and I hope he’s the one who always comes to my house in the future whenever I need help with my HVAC and/or plumbing. Five stars for sure!

Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Goettl is a great company. The servicemen were prompt and professional. All of the service repairs were completed quickly. Unfortunately, they buyer of my house pointed at that one of the pipe repairs made under the kitchen sink was still leaking. When I called to reschedule, Goettl could not make it out before the closing date. The buyer was very displeased and I almost lost the contract on my home because of this! Luckily they conceded, but otherwise a leaky sink could have cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Used Knight Owl in a pinch last night. Anthony was on site and handling business in less than an hour of calling in. Had everything he needed with him. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Great customer service too.
