We've used Swanson twice. Once to snake the kitchen drain, and the another time to install a new kitchen sink and faucet. Both jobs were done efficiently and professionally, at competitive rate, without any games.

My plumber was a life saver, they responded to my insurance call right away, they came out and took care of the problem, in a timely fashion. They were very professional and courteous.I was very pleased and I know you will be also.

Like several other reviews about Silverado Plumbing, the initial contact was ok, but follow up and follow through are non-existent. We had a brand new kitchen faucet, sink, in sink disposal, and under the sink pipe overhaul done by Silverado in 6/2021. The technician who did the install was nice and knowledgeable, however he cut his thumb pretty badly during the installation process (this becomes relevant). We were happy with the price and work done until 11/2022 when the in-sink disposal fell out of the sink into the area just below. We called Siverado and told them about the issue, and they sent out another tech who looked at the issue and diagnosed that the disposal hadn't been tightened correctly (probably related to the fact that the tech had a sliced finger and couldn't use the pressure needed to tighten it correctly), used the Alan wrench under our sink to put the disposal back in, and left. The entire visit took less than 10 minutes and when asked whether we would be billed, the tech said he would let the office know what happened. Fast forward to January 2023, we begin getting calls about a past due balance. We called, spoke to a manager, who said she would discuss the situation with mgmt, but she never called back afterwards, and then after several months would lapse we would start getting calls again threatening to send us to collections. I again called today and was told a manager wasn't available, but would call me back.
I'm disappointed in the workmanship of the job we paid for and the awful customer service after-the-fact. It's also disappointing to see this seems to be common practice for the company based on other reviews. I will update if/when I actually get the promised return call.
UPDATE: we finally received a call from plumbing supervisor Jeremy, who agreed that the issue shouldn't have occurred, and finally agreed we should not have to pay for the follow-up visit to reinstall the disposal properly.

They may be great at plumbing...I honestly can't say, because in Tucson they have a major staffing issue. They canceled on me twice because their tech ran into an emergency. I was then promised a discount and that no matter what someone would take care of my leaky shower if I rescheduled. Surprise, surprise...they were a no call no show. When I called them it was the same story...an emergency had arisen that they could not circumvent. So, I called Affordable Plumbing and Angelo was awesome, but that is an entirely different review...

Can not recommend Hydro Rooter and Plumbing enough. I live in an older home and I have a shower that drains extremely slow. I’ve tried a couple of other plumbers and the issue still persists after about a week. A friend recommended Hydro Rooter so I gave them a call, and Jake fixed the issue in no time! He explained what was going on with the drain and how he used a Hydro Jetter to clear the issue. It’s been over a month and my shower drain hasn’t clogged once! Not only did he get the job done sufficiently but he cleaned up nicely when he was finished, most plumbers leave the job done half heartedly and dirty, I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be calling this company back due to his exceptional services and great attitude!

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

I had a small pinhole leak develop in the service line in my garage due to the original installer pulling the plastic pipe too tight and kinking it 25 yrs ago. I called OTW and they had somebody here within 30 min! They made an optimum and economical fix by simply splicing out the damaged section. They're first on my list to call next time.

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.

If I could give zero... I would. This company was contracted to fix a pipe leak in my laundry room. First appointment was set and the plumber no call/no showed me. I called after the scheduled time frame and was told he called out sick. (Thanks for the heads up! Let me just sit around and waste my time) We scheduled a second appointment for the following day.

The following day ROB was supposed to show up between 11-1pm, but never did. I called back to their main office and was told that, he would be paged to call me. 1:45pm ... Nothing. I call back same story and Rob finally calls me.

Rob says, You weren't even on my schedule; there must be a glitch in this new program we are using. Let me call you back in 20minutes to figure out what is going on. Rob never called back.

The following day I called the number on their website and they told me there was nothing they could do...but they understand my frustration.

This is free money people... Thanks for wasting 72hrs of my time.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!
