This was my first time calling Intelligent Design. From the initial conversation to to schedule the visit to the technician’s inspection, I can confidently recommend this company. Michael Matthews arrived in the scheduled time window and assessed my system. This was supposed to be a second opinion since I’ve got a maintenance contract with a competitor; however, the Michael’s service and expertise were top notch and superior in every aspect when compared against the company I currently use. I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Thank you Rocky, for coming to fix yet another plumbing issue in recent crisis. Aarow Plumbing is honest, conscientious, and very responsive. Two plumbing crises in 2 weeks: a backed up toilet at my spa, Indigo Oasis, then a water heater in the fritz today. Whew, so glad to have them on my “team!”

This company is just garbage. I honestly thought the work being done would be reliable and concrete since their prices are over the moon. I would highly suggest that if you want a job done correctly and professionally to go to a different company! I ended up using a small business to fix all of the supposed work they did. Perhaps they should have retained previous employees that actually knew what they were doing! Don’t fall for their advertisements and save yourself a pretty penny!!

Wonderful experience. My air conditioner wasn’t working on my Vrbo and I had clients in the house. I’m so thankful that Danny showed up. No other company in Tucson could get to me. He did an excellent job, explained everything and fixed it immediately. In these kind of temperatures, you can’t beat that!

Angelo was able to get Marco out and fix the water line going into my 70's slump block wall within a couple hours and they cleaned up the concrete/block that had to be removed to get to the leak. I then had another leak pop up and Marco was able to get out and let me know what was going on and will be able to fix it once it is found under the concrete deck. I appreciate that they are honest and don't give one quote to later bump it up and they are very thorough in their explanations of the job. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing issues going forward.
