My husband and I have had the pleasure of receiving services from this amazing company for 9+ years. Because of their wonderful services our air conditioner and furnace have remained in top notch condition. Today we had the pleasure of Joe H. providing services for our biannual check-up of system. He was the most professional and thorough provider yet. Joe, was amazing and we look forward to his continued service. George replaced the water line running from the water meter in the alley to the house (with 1 Pex pipe). The water was only off for a few hours as the new line was installed. I was very happy with the quality of the work that was done and there is a noticeable increase in water pressure with the new line. I wouldn't hesitate to contact George again for any future plumbing needs

Water heater was leaking so called AJ at Aarow Plumbing and he came out to take a look. Due to the water damage already he disconnected the water heater, drained it and removed it. All was done professionally and he explained everything he was doing and what my next steps were. Will be using him for the install of a new water heater.

They couldn't fix a leak just put new hardware in and charge 400 + dollars, still have a leak.....thank's for nothing

This was a leak that could not be found inside - although the water meter was ticking away - Mike was excellent - the hottest day of the last three weeks - he wore his mask checked everywhere and finally found a broken pipe forcing him to dig a trench to repair it - can not say enough how impressed I was with his work ethics.

Sent an incompetent individual to unclog a line. He damaged his equipment so they charged us for the equipment he broke and the job was not completed. Be aware of these scammers.they will steal your money....update...... called another plumber and they fixed the problem. The line was not collapsed as tucson plumbing stated it was.....just clogged. Thanks for not charging me for the equipment your incompetent employee broke on the job.

Just had Ram plumbing out for Leak detection, Ryan found the leak fast! He came out quickly, very reasonable charge. So happy I called them, I’ve found my plumber in Tucson!! Thank you Ram Pluming!!

Not sure I can say enough about this company and its people. I had a very expensive water line break and this company DELIVERED. From the initial call I knew I had the right company on the job. Tim came out the same day to assess the situation and made arrangements for temporary water service to get us through the repair process. Tim kept me informed every step of the way while I coordinated things with my insurance company. Jake and Justin showed on time, every time and DID NOT STOP. They made sure everything was addressed with quality workmanship and made sure our landscaping was put back like nothing ever happened. Even coming out on a Sunday to finish the job. This water line break was not cheap, or fun but Southern Arizona Plumbing made it as easy as it could get. Will definitely use them again.

Anthony does a great job! I had an outside faucet spout on which i attempted to change the old, rusty spigot. During my work - i stripped the nut connected to the direct spigot - causing it to slow leak and unable to reseal. When i called Anthony, he took a lot of time to understand the problem over the phone - not something many places do. He provided detailed direction on how to stop the problem temporarily - and gave a job assessment and an estimate over the phone. He had a few morning jobs the next day but was able to fit me in in the early afternoon. He came, fixed the problem as diagnosed, re-fused the spout with welding - and put a new faucet on. He also was helpful in taking the time to review and discuss a few other less urgent plumbing issues around the house. Anthony does great, affordable work and most importantly communicates about the issue/options and what he is doing. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.
