There was a clogged pipe that we needed help with, we called DrainMaster's and Zach arrived and took care of it! Response time and service time was very quick!

I had family visiting and the pipes backed up do to roots building up near septic. Kyle Stewart used his camera and equipment figured out the problem and fixed it quickly.
I have a new plumbing company and am very happy. We were able to make it through Christmas with 19 in the house.

I saw them installing a complete AC unit across the street and I asked for their card. A week later I had to finish my contract with another Heating and Cooling company that quoted me over $600 for maintenance and part replacement. I was in the middle of selling my home. The guy said that the home inspector will not pass me if I didn't get these things replace and fixed. I called Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating to come down and check my AC unit. I told them that I haven't had it checked in a long time and I am willing to pay whatever it takes to get through inspection so I can sell my home. The Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating guy said, I didn't see anything wrong. You have been taking good care of your ac. That will be $88. The home inspection passed and I sold my home. I highly recommend these guys. It's been a long time since I have met an honest company under the Cooling & Heating business :)

I called this company when water heater wouldn’t work. They showed up the same day and told me that they could drain and fix or replace. My budget was tight so I asked which was cheaper. They worked with me and took care of the problem and stayed in my budget. I now have hot water and a good company to refer all my neighbors and friends to. I had my kitchen faucet replaced, a recirculating system installed to provide hot water much faster to my kitchen, and repairs done to two exterior faucets. Gabe was efficient and professional. All work was high quality and was completed on schedule. Gabe was respectful of social distancing and all his work was neatly done with all materials cleaned up. And it all works great! I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
