My regular plumber was unable to schedule an appointment. It was to our benefit finding fusion. They notified us when they would be out and on the second visit they were running behind and even called to let us know. They're very well organized and they did an excellent job. The Roots were so bad in my drain from the trees. I will certainly be referring them to everyone. They take the time to explain everything in detail. A very pleased customer.

I have been trying to set up an appointment with this company for several weeks now with no luck. This process has been a huge waste of time and will be looking for another company.

I got a call back within a couple of hours and was able to set up an appointment for my toilet flange and water valve issues.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Ok if you have an emergency situation and need something repaired quickly. Otherwise, shop around and look for a better company. Pricey for little work done and the warranty is a joke. A pipe repair should be a lifetime warranty not 6 months.I appreciated the timely response and the friendly/knowledgeable technician. What I don’t agree with nor did I appreciate was the plumber referring us to “Steamy Concepts” just so he could get a kick back from the company which more than likely made him more money than what it cost to replace our burst pipe. I know this company is capable of tearing out drywall in order to fix a pipe leak. Being referred to another company for such was completely unnecessary and ended up costing us a lot in the end.

I have always enjoyed the experience of buying my dance shoes here. Beverly, usually helps to fit the dance shoes and she very helpful. A strap broke on shoes that I have bought several months ago. I asked Beverly how I might repair the shoe. She immediately offered to glue it for me. After doing so, she said that the owner suggested that I get the shoe stitched. They suggested the El Con Cobbler and provided me with a card that said they would pay for the repair. I was very impressed with this gesture. I feel that they went above and beyond in customer service. Thank you Hirsh's Shoes!

Gabe and Nick worked on a very stubborn blockage in my kitchen sink. Nick went above and beyond and spent hours trying different approaches. Realized I would need to have drain jetted. This was on a Friday before a holiday weekend and I had company coming. Gabe arranged for Nick to come that same afternoon and he was determined to through the wall of gunk in my 50 year old townhouse drain line. Both young men were pleasant, professional and thoughtful young men.

5 Stars. On Tuesday 9/30/20, Anthony responded to my frantic call. The upstairs bathroom of our rental townhome has leaked and caused damage to the upstairs carper and downstairs bathroom ceiling, etc. Knight Owl Plumbing was recommended by one of our friends. Anthony was on site within the hour and worked until 9:30pm to perform of the needed repairs and was fair and reasonable in terms of cost. Couple of days later, I had handful of to do plumbing items at my home and he was very accommodating and worked around our schedule. Again, he was fair and reasonable. I recommended Knight Owl Plumbing to several of my close neighbors and I highly recommend them should you have plumbing needs.

Technician (Jimmy) was knowledgeable and very through. He completed the work in a manner that other companies said couldn’t be done and they wanted to charge much more. Took the time to check if unit was under warranty thereby saving me even more money.

Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.
