Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

Miguel and his crew came out yesterday and installed a complete new air conditioning system in my house. They were on time and completed the job in the time that they said they would.Everything was working good. We did require a return visit the next day just for a tune up on the thermostat, but that was done quickly and satisfactorily by Miquel as well. This is a costly expense for anyone but I have no problem recommending Cummings and their crew to anyone needing a new air conditioning system.

Called to get a quote on a plumbing job. Told them my name and where I worked and before I could even relay my issue a rude man said he didn’t have time and literally hung up the phone. Bam. Hung up and that was that. If you’re looking for a rude and grumpy plumber you’ve found him here at this place! Good luck.

You were rude. I'm just letting folks know my experience. Dispute it if you wish, but it happened just as I describe, and Yes, it was your company, Knight Owl Plumbing. Try being nice to people and you won't go through this, it'll save you and I both some time.

Paul discussed financial options with us on replacing our water heater. He answered all our questions, and helped me navigate applying online for a loan. Looking forward to seeing his work on Friday installing the heater.
