I had a clog in the laundry line. The issue was cleared out. Just past the one year warranty the same issue occurred. I wish they would have tried to discount the next visit to make it right. The Problem coming back right at the one year mark means the issue was not fixed. Once a line is cleared it should stay cleared for several years. Too bad. The staff were really nice and were also tipped above the price they quoted. I'll try anot her company next time.

We had Chris Andrade install safety bars in a shower that will be used by my 80s+ parents. He was professional, friendly and got the rather difficult job done well. We are now comfortable that my parents will be protected when showering and the safety bars will make all the difference!

We had a service agreement with another HVAC company to take care of our A/C but have not been happy with their service over the years. We scheduled our summer maintenance appointment and the technician came to the house and within 5 minutes told us that our high stage compressor was not working and we needed a new system. Since Picture Rocks had replaced our water heater a few years ago, I called them for a second opinion. The technician spent the time to fully evaluate our system and we were told the compressor was working correctly but our unit was low on refrigerant. Because of the age of our unit, we decided to go ahead and have it replaced. The customer service was fantastic, from the technician, Austin, to the salespersons, Ryan and Luke, to the installation employees, Nick, Abe, Dillion, Javier, Javier's son, Luke, and Morgan. Thanks to all of you for competitive pricing and great customer service.

Called and had George come out to our residence the same day. Very informative on what was needed and what he was doing before actually doing it. Different options given very satisfied.

To change a couple of small washers in my faucet they said it would cost $387.00 and that was with a senior discount...I live on social security....that's almost half of my check..So I wouldn't ne able to pay rent or buy food...not a very nice place over charging the elderly..I will live with my leaky. Joseph Cox came out to look at our heater that wasn’t working right. He came out, even though it was late in the evening, and did everything he could to get it running again for us. He even took the time to look at a few other problems and set us up with some deals for upcoming appointments. He was wonderful, as is everyone we’ve worked with at Goettl.

Anthony was able to repair the leak underneath my foundation, he has all the tools necessary and did a fantastic job with containment. I will use again and recommend to anybody looking for great customer service with quality work.

Mr. Paul unglogged a major blockage in kitchen sink today. He also installed my new sink and disposal previously. He showed me my sewer lines with his camera and we discussed issues he idebtified.

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place.
