Best Gas Line Issue in Tucson AZ

Our kitchen drains backed up after years of sludge build up. I called at 8 pm on Wednesday night and Mary answered and was pleasant and professional. I said it could wait until next day. Thursday morning Mary called and asked what would be a good time. We agreed to 8:30. Manny arrived 5 min early and fixed the problem quickly. He was also professional and pleasant and the price was fair. We would use them again and we highly recommend this company. By the way, one of our best friends who is also a custom home builder told us to call them in the first place.

George was informative, efficient, very friendly. Highly recommend his services and will continue to in the future.

On Sunday morning all of a sudden nothing would drain or flush so, by a little luck Cummings plumbing works on Sunday. They were out in the afternoon and the drains were clear in a few hours thanks to Tyler he doesn't give up. There is more to investigate here the house is nearly 50 years old and having a camera inspection done this week by Cummings plumbing.

I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company. Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!

Within my buying process, I met Jesse who gave me an estimate and took time to explain to me what roots can do to your pipes. After a couple of months in the moving process, we realized we needed that estimate. Carolyn was able to find the estimate and set it up with ease. (This story just keeps going...)

Two weeks later, we had to call Jesse back to find that we had a huge root ball along with more roots that required a hydrojet. Jesse took care of it, ran the camera several times to ensure we had clean pipes and left a clean bathroom after the service. Hands down, I recommend Ram Plumbing - their prices are great and their customer service is even better!

Called yesterday had a plumbing emergency water heater pressure valve was pouring water all in my house called Tony he said he couldn't get to me that day he'd be out the next morning it's 9:45 no phone call no text message I had to call or leave him a text message for him to say I cannot get to your house I'm too busy read all the reviews they all seem to have the same problem very unprofessional

Dude's a hack got paid and didn't do the job right then didn't stand behind his warranty
