He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Braden and Jaren Cameout to my house 30min after calling the company to help me with a leak in my kitchen, they got right to work and resloved the issue quickly and took the time to make sure my faucet wouldn't leak before, telling us the next available steps, they also took some time explaining their monthly service their company provides along with giving us options on faucets replacements, couldn't have asked for a better team to come out to help.

Anthony was great. He answered our call at midnight when we had a sewer line issue. He came out and fixed our issue and reset a toilet as well. He was very helpful and informative.

I have called these guys three times in the past couple of years and every time has been excellent. On time, great work, and fair!

I had a small leak that turned out to be a bigger problem. Jiovanni was very helpful and was able to get everything done in one day! I appreciated him showing me all the steps of the process as well.

We had a leaking hot water tank replaced. Tim fit us into his schedule quickly. His price was fair and his quote was the final price we paid. . . no surprises. The installation was quick and expertly done.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bryan from Elite rooter today. My drain was seriously clogged and Bryan knew exactly what to do. He was professional and courteous. Bryan took the time to do the job right. After he unclogged my pipe, he took a line with a camera and showed me that my pipes were clean. He did a fantastic job, and elite rooter has earned a customer for life. The price was very reasonable, however it was the customer service that really stood out. Thank you Bryan and elite rooter! Michael came over at the request of my home warranty. He told me one thing, (the correct diagnosis, according to a second plumber), and then told the home warranty there was no issue. He lied, took our cash, and walked away. Michael, or anyone from Agile Plumbing, will never set foot on my property again. Find a different plumber!

Ryan and Andrew did a great job. Very thorough and efficient. They explained every step and make sure the repair will be permanent. Also showed me how to keep sink drains clean in the future.

We had our main sewer line burst under our historic, 1941 mid-town home—it was a mess, and we needed help quickly. Not only did Taz Plumbing come quickly and provide a quote within 30 minutes, but they found us a cleanup and restoration company—Bingham Restoration—who also came right out and agreed to get started the next day. Working together, this great team made us feel like we were in great and caring hands—and we were! It's very stressful to have this happen (not to mention environmentally hazardous and difficult to deal with for everyone, not the least the plumbers and restoration specialists). The Taz team knew we were having trouble with State Farm, who is refusing to cover our hotel expenses (as if we could stay in a home with no plumbing and that reeked of sewage), and Taz pulled out all the stops, having their workers come on Saturday and getting the system working by Sunday, saving us two days of hotel. I can't say enough good about both Taz Plumbing; Juan, one of the owners, personally made sure everything was going along well. All the guys were unfailingly polite, and always nattily dressed, even when working in the crawl space under our home! This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person!
