Chris, Bobo, Kyle, Jake (and I feel terribly but there was one other guy who helped and I am blanking on the name.) They were all fantastic Very helpful and dedicated. They arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond. We had what we thought was a clogged pipe, when in reality it was a collapsed pipe. Through-out the whole process the crew communicated with us, didn't make us feel insecure when we asked a lot of questions and were genuinely kind and great workers. We saw them several days. Intelligent Design was willing to schedule our appointment on a Saturday to discuss a new unit for our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They let us know our options and answered all of our questions. Later that week the technicians came and installed our unit during the hottest part of the day. I would recommend Intelligent Design to anyone who needs an AC or maintenance work on their existing unit. They do everything they can to get their customers back to cooling their home as soon as possible.

In the past month the crew at Paul Davis has assisted me in completing 2 projects at an apartment community I manage. They have been very professional to work with and the workmanship on the completed projects is wonderful! While I cannot say I look forward to the next unfortunate event to happen; I can tell you that Gerardo in their office and Pio and Kent in the field will be the first call I make for the restoration!!

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

Jeremy & Alex did a great job replacing our kitchen sink plumbing! Our makeshift repairs are now history, and we're back in business! The guys were respectful, courteous and made a very positive impression. We know who to call whenever we need plumbing help in the future!! Guy & Missy

Rick replaced our hot water heater that was leaking and worked us into his schedule quickly. He uses high quality Rheem water heaters and charges a fair price. The work was done on time and in a very professional way.

I was given a window of 1-4PM and the service tech didn’t show up at about 5:45PM. After showing up late, he almost couldn’t complete the job because he didn’t bring a hose and was relying on mine, which had already been packed because I’m moving. He offered to reschedule, but I didn’t feel like wasting my entire day again to wait for him, so I had to borrow a hose from my neighbor (how embarrassing). Thankfully, once he started the job, he called another tech to help finish more quickly, but overall my experience was way less of an enjoyable experience than what I had expected from Goettl.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. I was in the process of moving the following day when I noticed a leak at my water softener. Anthony picked up my call and understood my concern. He was on another job but ensured me he’d be over same day. He came over later in the afternoon when he could have gone home, looked at my softener and had it repaired in 20 minutes. He was a pleasure to chat with and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Anthony for your plumbing needs!

Even though Paul had other jobs that kept him well beyond a “normal” day, he installed my water softener in the early evening to get the job done as had previously said he would on that date. He kept me informed on when he would be at the house so I could plan other activities. That’s commitment, dedication and customer service!! Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.
