First time using Zing plumbing. The technician Aaron arrived on schedule. Aaron was cordial and engaging tech. He looked at the problem and after getting approval from the warranty company immediately began the work. Finished very quickly and the job was done right, Neve used them before, but based on the initial first impression I would not have a problem having this company on my plumbing speed dial.

Had a clogged bathroom drain, called and they were out the same day. Unclogged the sink and it worked perfectly. Cody and Billy were professional, quick, and very good at what they do. Would recommend them to anyone.

Unit was installed Aug 2018. Rained during installation and installers were unprepared so water came inside the house, required four buckets to catch all dripping places.A few days later indoor humidity spiked from the usual 30% to 60%. Bread was molding, toilets dripping, atmosphere was clammy. I use an ecobee thermostat which records system state. During August with daily highs of 100-110 the report indicated the second stage compressor only ran a total of 8 hours. I have reported all this trying to convince them the unit is oversized. It is now November but so far they have not acknowledged their error. I fear we will be stuck with a terrible summer experience forever.First time we turned on heating unit in Nov there was no heat. Service person said the installers obviously never checked it because the gas valve was broken so could never have worked. A new one is on order but it has been five days now and we are still without heat, overnight lows are in the 40s and we are all getting ill from living in the cold. I understand parts can take time to procure but I can not understand why heating was not fully tested during installation.It is now Aug 2019, a year later. Last month they finally admitted the unit was oversized, they changed from 4 ton to 2.5 ton but would not refund me the difference in price. Unit ran almost constantly and could not cool below 76. Just received electric bill and it was highest ever living here 11 years. More service visits finally found another defective valve. Unit now does finally cool but humidity still always over 50%.So I give up. I chose this company because of outstanding reviews here. But I have had a poor experience and would not recommend them.——————-It is now May 2021. They have been out several more times since and FINALLY found a defective valve. Replaced and now humidity remains under 50 all the time. So they eventually did come through.

This was our third time using Apperson Plumbing. Just like our other experiences it was as good as having to have plumbing done could be. The workmen have been knowledgeable and very pleasant.

I experienced a small leak within the wall of my master bedroom. My insurance company used a service to get these guys out here. They were at my home within 2 hours and immediately put their machines to work. These guys move quick. Soon the leak detection company was there, the plumber soon after. We were up and running within a day and the dry-out complete within two days. Thanks Paul!!! Oh yeah the insurance adjuster and the service they use were also terrific.

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

My HVAC unit was serviced by James and the plumbing was inspected by Braden and Jaren. They all did a great job and would recommend them to anyone looking for preventative maintenance or repairs. The technicians arrived within the appointment window they provided, they are honest, helpful, thorough, and and they explained everything very well. They include everything they speak with you about in their invoice details and send you the photos they took as well.The plumbing service is really comprehensive, they even conduct water testing.They don't rush through the inspections and really care about their work and customers. Anthony from Knight Owl Plumbing came to our house today to fix a broken sewer vent that had been stinking up our house for the better part of a year. After having 3 different plumbers come out to try to diagnose the problem, each of them not being able to figure out exactly what was going on, one of them finally suggested we have a smoke test done to see where the smells were coming from. We had the smoke test done by American Leak Detection, also a stellar team, and once they found the issue they referred us to Knight Owl Plumbing on Wednesday. I immediately called Knight Owl and Anthony was able to come out before the weekend and took care of the problem in about 30 minutes. The smells are gone and we are extremely grateful. I will be using Knight Owl from now on if we ever have any other plumbing issues and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

Paul of Imperial Plumbing was very professional in all ways. Very prompt, was here when he said he would be. Very knowledgeable, good with puppies & people.
