This repair turned out to be more extensive than expected. I am so grateful that Zack knew what to do to fix the problem. He explained what happened, why the toilet could not flush and he explained what needed to be done for him to complete the repair. Zack is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and takes pride in doing the job to perfection. He is also courteous and truly cares about helping people. I will certainly call DrainMasters in the future for other plumbing needs. Thank you for helping me.

Our dishwasher was broken, so we called around and found this plumbing service who was able to come out the same day. Cody was our plumber, and he was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly recommended.

In the past month the crew at Paul Davis has assisted me in completing 2 projects at an apartment community I manage. They have been very professional to work with and the workmanship on the completed projects is wonderful! I purchased a new heat pump April 14, 2021. Never heard back from the company to follow up. Never called to see how things were going. Never came out to check the unit. June 12, 2021 the unit would not run. They sent a tech out. It was overcharged during install and the system shut itself down like it was supposed to. July 9, 2021, its doing the same thing. Service call has been made. I am sure they will send someone out. But, 3 months after install this is the 2nd time this has happened.I could have saved a ton of money by band aiding my old unit. I chose to purchase a new unit so I wouldn't be inconvenienced by a unit shutting off and waiting for a tech.I feel as though they took my money and never cared enough to do a follow up and I'm beginning to wonder if the unit is faulty or they set it up to fail for the service call.Not happy with my purchase.

It was so kind and thoughtful of Anthony to fit us into his busy schedule, at a very last minute notice. His repair works on our water heater was superb!!! His communications and timeliness was spot on!!! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give him. Paul arrived at 9:00 PM. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed a defective faucet and worn out plastic shut off valves that no longer worked. Valves replaced and arrangements made to order replacement faucet. Paul was very polite, professional, and efficient, even though it was 10:00 pm when he finished, long past his normal work hours.
Highly recommend Paul for future plumbing issues.
