We had some issues with our sewers on Christmas day and called the next day 12/26/2022 and Zach came out that same day and was very professional and nice he answered all my dads John Jack Smiley questions and we will be calling them to come back and fix the problems they saw. Good service and value

Fusion plumbing replaced 85 feet of 40 year old cast-iron sewage pipe from our building out to the City sewer in the alley. They were amazing! They worked so hard, were super positive and professional, communicated with us every step of the way, and did fantastic work! We highly recommend them for any plumbing job! Jan 2019 My water meter developed a leak and Zing Plumbing was able to come out the same day to complete a temporary repair. The following they completed a permanent fix. I found Zing to be very professional. George is very good at explaining options and offering upgrade services.

March 2018 Zing Plumbing, has completed three jobs for me. They are thorough, explain (in laymen's terms) what is needed, and they do quality work and with competitive pricing. I would definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.

I’ve been a customer of Intelligent Design since they were known as Trusted Heating and Cooling. In those more than ten years, they’ve reliably come to my home and have preformed maintenance and inspections on my appliances to make sure they continue to work properly.I first used their service when my air conditioning unit broke down. I’d called several companies for help. It was a holiday weekend, and only two companies responded. Of those two, only one actually showed up to my home. That tech fixed the part. A few months later, the money I paid for the replacement part was credited towards a replacement AC unit (a Lennox).The techs are friendly and professional. They offer improvements without being pushy about them. They also work with me (such as when I requested they paint the outer ducts to help further insulate them). They don’t mind me being part of the visits and the questions I ask during the inspections. Because of the multiple good experiences, this is the company I recommend to those who ask. Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

Service calls $79.00, that cheaper then most.Only had to wait one day for services most were 3 days out.Thank goodness it wasn't emergency.We need to have a few same things done for house inspection.Our service guy was on time ,knowledgeable and disagreed with the inspects report..He wrote everything down to certify all he done so we could forward. to realtor.He was sociable and easy to work with.I would recommend them to anyone.

I experienced a small leak within the wall of my master bedroom. My insurance company used a service to get these guys out here. They were at my home within 2 hours and immediately put their machines to work. These guys move quick. Soon the leak detection company was there, the plumber soon after. We were up and running within a day and the dry-out complete within two days. Thanks Paul!!! Oh yeah the insurance adjuster and the service they use were also terrific.

We’ve had to reach out multiple times this year for some issues with our toilets. Paul had come to help us each time and is very friendly in each occurrence. He introduces himself over phone call to let us know who is coming and plan a convenient time and is very prompt. He explains the issues he sees well and the possible solutions, and he always works very swiftly and leaves things better than he found them.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
