We discovered a leak on Monday and our home warranty company couldn’t send anyone until Wednesday. We called Cummings and they were at our house Monday evening. Erwin determined the faucet needed to be replaced. I bought a new faucet on Tuesday and Erwin returned Wednesday to install. Again he was right on time and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cummings, and if you get Erwin… bonus!!

Julian was on time as promised, he was professional… put booties on before entering the home and he did what he needed to do to inspect for the quote. He then sent some estimates for me so I could decide what to do he even said he would call and check in to see if I had made up my mind in a few weeks. That was appreciated.
