Whenever I have any trouble with my plumbing at my house or business I call Zing plumming. They take care of your problems speedy and efficiently. I had a sink drain back up at my business about a month ago. I called George and he was out of town, but reccomended someone else. He came in to my shop when he got back into town to make sure I was taken care of. Zing plumming goes above and beyond for there customers. Thanks George!

This summer (2022) I had my ac unit replaced, the ac worked great but when the weather started getting cold at night I switch to the heat mode. Unfortunately the heating part did not work.The technician that came to my house to fix the problem told me the system was low on refrigerant, and coils needed cleaning. He checked the thermostat that was installed with the new system and determined it was not programmed right, and consulted with another colleague via the telephone to program it right. After doing that and cleaning the coils still no heat. The technician told me that the installers would have to come back tomorrow and replenish the refrigerant since he did not have any. My question is how can a technician go to a job site without the proper materials knowing the type of job he is facing. Plus I don't understand how a new system (4 monthsold) can be low on refrigerant.

Anthony was great. He answered our call at midnight when we had a sewer line issue. He came out and fixed our issue and reset a toilet as well. He was very helpful and informative.

Communicated well prior to arrival. He was on time. Very professional. Explained what was wrong and how it was repaired. Future use suggestions. He was polite, neat and clean and and left the area he was in tidy. He has been here before for a repair and did an excellent job
