I'm so glad I reached out to Fusion Plumbing to replace two toilets. From start to finish, everything was perfect. I received a text letting me of my appointment time and then again the morning of the appointment. I was also called when they were about 10 minutes away. Kyle & Chris were very professional and completed the project on time and cleaned up the tile very nicely. I would use Fusion Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs.

I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company. We have used Curtis Plumbing for 2 huge projects- re-piping our entire gas lines, and more recently re-piping our entire irrigation system. I cannot say enough good things and Ken Curtis and his crew. They are smart, hard workers, extremely high quality, trustworthy, think before they cut and this was a complicated mess they straightened out in an old house. I've also used them for smaller projects- built in washing machine install, replace cartridges in nice faucets, etc. You can't find better plumbers than these guys!

Good communication but due to the fact that Swanson is extremely busy and is a 2 person company his lack of availability earns him 1 star. No matter how competent a plumber he is if your Not available then what is the alternative in case of an emergency or routine repair? Wait? Or hire another skilled plumber who is available!!!

David Reinhardt did a good job of determining where the problem was, gave me quote which I accepted and came back the next day to dig, replaced root damage pipe and arranged my front yard like it was before he dug.
