Best Electric Water Heaters in Tucson AZ

It was so kind and thoughtful of Anthony to fit us into his busy schedule, at a very last minute notice. His repair works on our water heater was superb!!! His communications and timeliness was spot on!!! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give him. They were so helpful and attentive when a listing of mine needed a mini-split system installed. They were quick to give a fair estimate and worked with me carefully to schedule the work. Misleading transparent pricing. On their website they list the water heaters Bradford White Natural Gas Water Heaters Supplied and Installed 40 gallon gas for $999. Ordered one for a rental and when I got my bill it was $1250.

Mentioned it and was told they added a 3/4 shut off a $12 part. Have really liked them in the past but feel like I was taken because I wasn't there for the install.

Jeff Gray of Strongbuilt Plumbing & A/C performed an in-depth review of our two heat pumps. We are having issues with both units. He determined that due to their age (15 & 18 years) and the maintenance required that it was not cost effective to repair them. He suggested replacement. He was very detailed in his investigation. I appreciate his thoughts.

I had a small pinhole leak develop in the service line in my garage due to the original installer pulling the plastic pipe too tight and kinking it 25 yrs ago. I called OTW and they had somebody here within 30 min! They made an optimum and economical fix by simply splicing out the damaged section. They're first on my list to call next time.

I had my unit installed about a month ago and everything is working great! I did have a water hose that was clogged and the technician came out the same day I called to have it repaired. Great customer service and the product seems very quality.

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!

I basically don't recommend Presidio Plumbing. The worst experience with a plumbing company ever. Their sales manager is useless and not trustworthy. Find someone else to help. The dispatcher has no experience at his job.
