We have been so pleased with every aspect of dealing with Intelligent Design, from the installation of our unit to their maintenance program. Our first maintenance was done by Todd Sneed who thoroughly checked everything out. Discovering one problem with the air purification system, he assured me the specialist in that area will soon get this resolved. He thoughtfully answered all my questions--even showing me how to change the batteries in the thermostat. It is so nice to deal with a company who hires only friendly, highly qualified personnel.

We have been using Cummings for years. The techs they send are always helpful, professional, and efficient. This is a well run company. Highly recommend for all plumbing jobs. As we all know, this service is not cheap- people need to be prepared to pay for these professional services. I don't have any sense that their prices are a rip off (like some other local companies) we trust them to do the job right.

Called to get a quote on a plumbing job. Told them my name and where I worked and before I could even relay my issue a rude man said he didn’t have time and literally hung up the phone. Bam. You were rude. I'm just letting folks know my experience. Dispute it if you wish, but it happened just as I describe, and Yes, it was your company, Knight Owl Plumbing. Try being nice to people and you won't go through this, it'll save you and I both some time.
