Drainmasters was responsive for a same day repair, showed up on time and fixed the issue.

We replaced our A/C last year and the co also did plumbing(big outfit). Because our house was older-newer water heaters 40 Gal size wouldn’t fit in the space allotted. They told us we would have to go with a 30 Gal which is too small. Our son told us about Dave. He found us just what we needed, promptly installed it, recommended a hot water recirculating pump(which we love)and fixed our natural gas line to our grill. All at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend his work.

Just had all the old cast iron lines in my house rehabilitated by them and I am confident that the work was done right. Even had to excavate through the tile floor and slab inside the house to make sure the job was done right (the old pipe was really in bad shape). This company is amazing!! They helped me over the phone with water heater issues. They are an honest company I would recommend them to anyone!

I had an issue with the toilet and then subsequently the shower. The owner along with Mason came out (on the day of the owners daughters birthday) and completed much needed repairs!! One of the drivers almost ran me off the road in rush hour traffic. Would of been a huge accident if I quick to react it would of been bad. And the person answering at the company didn't seem to care one bit. There was no reason for the driver to be driving the way he was at all..

I had a pipe break, needed a new hot water heater, Vera got it ordered and scheduled the install in two days.

Alex, went above and beyond helping me figure out what was causing my water pressure issues. He walked me through the process and gave me a couple of options. I didn’t not feel pressured or rushed. Will definitely use them again in the future for any other issues.

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.
