The technician showed up at the early end of the service window and was able to fix the leak in my copper pipe quickly. I have used Drain Masters for unclogging sewer lines in the past, they are very responsive and get the job done.

Terrible company, came out multiple times and used hydro jetting to clear my sewer lines and then tried to say I needed a $16K fix for a damaged line when it kept backing up. I used another company and they resolved the issue in one visit without trying to scam me.

Day and Knight Plumbing was amazing! Dave was at our house within 3 hours of us detecting a leak. He quickly located a broken pipe in our wall, repaired it, and called out the water restoration company. The following day, Austin came out to temporarily relocate our hot water heater. Huge job, but the insurance company didn't want to pay for a hotel for us. Both Dave and Austin were knowledgeable, informative, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend Day and Knight for your plumbing needs!

I have to say I was a bit scared to call a plumber in Tucson...omg..the cost. But I hit pay dirt when a friend called Austin for me. He came to the house and did exactly what I wanted him to do...no pushing...no giving me guilt about not being able to do what he thinks I should have done. He simply did what was asked all while answering all my questions. He was informative, patient and really nice. First of all the receptionist who took my call set up the appointment in a very timely manner; much sooner than I thought, then Kevin came by to look at my problem and give me an estimate. I appreciate his knowledge, and the fact he gave me several options to consider. After that Wes came by, also in a timely manner, and performed the agreed upon task exactly as requested.
