We decided to try this company for the first time because we had just used another company one month earlier and some existing (possibly undiagnosed) problems began to reoccur. Our AC was working good except would not function properly during the hottest part of the day. We felt like we needed an additional assessment.This was the first time I've ever had a tech actually mention and be able to explain why several electrical components required replacement. The components had fallen out of tolerance and even though were working intermittently, they were in the process of failing. I appreciated this and I also believe this indicates that the tech had actually made the proper electrical measurements during the initial inspection. The various costs seem more competitive too.Thanks for a great job JP!
