Picture Rocks came highly recommended by a friend of ours who is a realtor. We gave them a call around 4:45pm today, a Saturday, and the agent informed us that all their technicians had just gone home for the day. We then asked if they had a 24 hour company that they recommended (because who wants to be without A/C when it's over 100 degrees??) and the agent asked if she could call us back. No more than 10 minutes later they called us to let us know that they had a technician heading our way. Within about an hour our unit was fixed. The technician was friendly and very knowledgable and the price was very fair considering our need was after hours. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! We will definately be using you for future service (hopefully not too soon though 😉) We will recommend you to everyone we know!

We had a major water main line leak at our home. We called Zing Plumbing and couldn't be more happy with that decision. George and his technician across as honest and very knowledgeable. They explained all the possibilities of repair and of course price of the job, this was a big undertaking at least thats what me and my wife thought but professionals made it look easy and the estimate was very very reasonable. Water heater was leaking so called AJ at Aarow Plumbing and he came out to take a look. Due to the water damage already he disconnected the water heater, drained it and removed it. All was done professionally and he explained everything he was doing and what my next steps were. Will be using him for the install of a new water heater.
