Fusion plumbing replaced 85 feet of 40 year old cast-iron sewage pipe from our building out to the City sewer in the alley. They were amazing! They worked so hard, were super positive and professional, communicated with us every step of the way, and did fantastic work! We highly recommend them for any plumbing job! Another company, Taz Plumbing, called back within 5 minutes and was out to do the repair, on a Saturday, within an hour.

What a difference between the two companies!

After 2 months being away, we came home to no A/C. In AZ. in July that's not good. Called one local place, they wouldn't come for 3 days. Called Cummings, they came same day (in fact, 2 hours later). They diagnosed, temporarily fixed to get us through the day, and were here the next day to replace equipment. I am very happy with this company, the crew, and will recommend and use again.

The technician, Tyler, is outstanding with a friendly, professional demeanor. He explains everything performed both verbally and with photos which make everything easier to understand. Highly recommend Temperature Control, especially if Tyler is your tech for air conditioning

Anthony (the owner) was quick and efficient on our project. His charges for the supplies he uses are as low as Home Depot’s (he doesn't surcharge you). He has that old-school philosophy where you treat the place you’re working on like your own home and your customers like they are family. That’s rare to find these days….we’re glad we found him. Any future plumbing needs we’ll be sure to use his company.

PS: We own some commercial property in town and sent a note to our property managers to use Knight Owl exclusively for any plumbing work.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

Hot water heaters broke on a weekend. They were the only company out of 7 that answered me right away and kept me posted on when they could come that same day. They did excellent work had new hot water heater in by late afternoon.

I am a home inspector. I always recommend to my clients that they have the main sewer line video inspected during the inspection period when they buy a home. The hidden issues that might be lurking within can be costly to repair.
