As a renter we needed work on a faucet and needed the owners permission before working on the solution. Swanson was called, they came promptly and knew exactly what needed to be done. They took care of contacting the owner to get approval to do the work. We had to do nothing. They got the replacement needed and they were here Monday morning to install the new part. I would strongly recommend Mr. Rooter! We needed some emergency plumbing work done and Mr. Rooter came to our rescue. Orlando was great. He came out at 9pm to diagnose our cracked service pipe and was back before 9 the next morning to complete the job. Orlando was prompt, courteous and efficient. He tirelessly took the time needed to remove the 8 inch root that was crushing the pipe. No question was too small for Orlando. He happily explained every step of the process as he went along. After having to remove a significant amount of river rock, he put everything back right where it was before he started. Our yard looks great!

Had some work done by Plumber Kings. A faulty faucet part caused me to call them to replace it. Even though the initial work was done last summer Robert came to the house the day after I called and covered the repair with their warranty. Robert and his company are great. Wonderful experience.

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago
