The plumber came out and he was very professional in a nice clean uniform, he put booties on his shoes. He was very polite, worked quickly. And gave me three options to fix my drain. It took him about a hour. All together, I will definitely use them again. 😁

Had to have two major services in a row. Jack, from Silverado, was polite , had know-how, and took care of business. I know this shouldn't be an issue, but they showed up on time for every appointment. That shouldn't be a surprise, but we all know that's not the norm. Their price was in line with, or under, some other bids. I recommend!

Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.

Unfortunately my experience was awful ☹️ my water fountain and 2 very special statue's where broken, at first they offered 100$ which I felt was an insult, the fountain alone was worth at least 400$ and 100 each for my statue's 😢, then they said 250 was the best they can do, so sad😔 anyone who ask about a plumber the first thing I will say is absolutely do not use Mr, Rooter🤬😡😠
