My plumber recommended this company to me and I found them honest and capable. Everything, including cost, was clearly explained to me and my concerns about the durability of my seventy-year-old sewer line were eased. It was fascinating to watch the live feed from the camera as it scoped out the entire length of the clay sewer line both before and after it was hydro-jetted clean. Absolutely all the tree roots were gone and the sewer line was good as new. They have a lot of experience with perma-lining, which I would like to have done someday.

Great Service, Good Value for the Buck.

Called them to come out to my house and they came out for free! Some other company was going to charge me a drive fee. As they got here they were in and out in 30min. My tub was plugged up and the price was perfect.

I had to put a work order in through my homeowners warranty. Once MY PLUMBER got the ticket, they let me know when they would be arriving (within the hour), and they showed up on time. They were quick and efficient getting the job done, and even suggested someone to help with the damage from the water damage.

Showed up early and walked me through the entire leak detection process, David was excellent!

Recently, the men from Plumber of Tucson did a complete repiping of my 100+ year old adobe casita in Tubac due to a ruptured water line. The water lines were the original ones and buried under slab. Within a day of calling for a consult, they were here, talked me through my options and presented me with an itemized and fair quote. The work started 2 days later and took 5 days. It was a challenging project that involved my home, the detached studio and the irrigation system. I’m so pleased with the end result and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. They went above and beyond my expectation; their professionalism, their skill and work ethic are all commendable.

These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!

We moved into our brand new house and discovered two of the bathroom sinks were leaking and the bathroom shower was plumbed backwards (hot and cold reversed). We called our builders customer service who promptly dispatched Whitton Plumbing to fix these issues. When the tech arrived he told use what the root causes were and what he was going to do to fix them. The faucets were fixed in 20min. As for the shower, I thought for sure a section of the wall would need to be removed to switch the pipes but the tech told us it was a quick fix that would only take 10min. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received from Whitton Plumbing, very knowledgeable and professional service.
