Had Affordable Plumbing out to our house on two different occasions. One was for some custom copper pipe work, and another time for a new main shut off replacement and hose bib install.

I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company. Angelo is amazing and provided top-of-the-line in-the-moment service. I bought a new DW from Best Buy and it was installed yesterday afternoon (Sat). We woke up Sunday to a large and growing puddle of water in our kitchen and family room and I was desperate for help. After talking to 7 different people/departments at BB and getting a commitment for a visit on Thursday (in five days), I searched for help. Mr. Rooter wouldn't be able to make it until tomorrow. After finding them on the internet, I left Affordable Plumbing a message (even though he was listed as closed for the day) and Angelo called back in less than 10 minutes. He walked me through what I needed to do to stop the flow of water and was here at the house 20 minutes after that. The immediate problem was identified and solved within the half hour and I had clear instructions and a proper referral regarding what to do next to ensure there's no water damage to counters and floors. I felt served and supported and the contrast between Angelo's response time, ability and demeanor and the others my son's and I contacted earlier couldn't have been more different. I have already hired Angelo and his team to address an aging water heater and pump issue before it becomes a problem and feel safe, served and supported, confident that he will be an amazing asset going forward as well. Thank you, Angelo, for focusing on solving the problem and doing it with calm and confidence instead of telling me all the reasons why you can't help me, which is what everyone at Best Buy did - no one there even apologized, by the way, and the problem was caused by operator error on installation. It's nice to know that there are master craftsmen and trades people out there who are trustworthy, take pride in their work, and care about their customers. I called Code Blue Plumbing after getting a recommendation from a friend. I was so distressed about a competitor's quote (after about 30 seconds of looking at my problem) requiring me to re-plumb my bathtub because we couldn't get the cartridges out. I called and spoke to a lovely person who listened to me and sent Mike out to rescue me. Mike and Dillon arrived the same day, on time, and fully assessed the problem. Mike was compassionate to my plight and went on a mission to make things right for me. Mike proceeded to work tirelessly to fix the tub amid a few frustrating challenges! He finished the work and the final cost was 25% of the competitor's estimate. I am SO impressed. Everyone was wonderful to me and the quality of the work is without comparison. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
