Highly recommend. Mike S. and David M. replaced the whole a/c and heating system. They did skillful, quality work. The dedication and commitment to their work was well past my expectation - and friendly! The staff receiving the phone calls, Kevin who came to diagnose the problem, and Brandon the project manager all treated me with respect, were honest, professional and customer service-minded! A wonderful company they are! Highly recommend.

The main worker was Rick. He was very good. The owner was something else. He comes on like a good guy, but shortly you will find he all about getting your money. I was told one price and then had to pay $400.00 more to get the job completed. Not what his web site promises. My re-gas plumbing cost was over $2,800.00. I called the owner. Terry a number of times after the job began and never got a return phone call. Poor customer service!!!!!

We had an outdoor spigot corrode and burst- Ramon came right away, was very communicative about his arrival time, showed up exactly on time, and fixed our issue very quickly. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

I had another plumber come to fix a slow-draining toilet. He removed the toilet and some tree roots. He showed me that there was more roots coming from the adjacent bathtub but wasn't able to take care of that. I later called Southern Arizona Plumbing. I couldn't tell that they had done anything to correct that problem so wrote a bad review - for which I am now terribly sorry because Aaron Rice came out and proved to me beyond a shadow of a doubt that there were no more roots!! I will certainly call Southern Arizona Plumbing any time I have a plumbing problem - they are terrific!!

These guys are really great. They've done a few jobs for me and I'm very happy with their work. I'm also impressed by how responsive and on time they are - always checking in and explaining everything ahead of time.

I discovered ASG Plumbing on the internet. It was a plus for me that he lived in my area of town. He was prompt in his arrival, informative about his assessment, and provided an immediate estimate. His estimate is by the job (task). He also discovered that my 40 year house water turn-off needed replacing/updating. I thought this was a good call, and that 40 years was long enough, so I added this additional project. Anthony is a high energy, focused, and knows his trade. I also appreciated his guarantee of his work. I always remember, you get what you pay for.

I highly recommend Desert Star Air Conditioning. Our old AC would literally be on all day and it wouldn’t cool below 83 degrees. It had been running like this for three summers. We finally decided it was time to replace it. We were stressed thinking the process would be a nightmare. Desert Star’s staff were professional, reassuring and knowledgeable. They made getting a new AC worry free. We replaced our old AC with a top of the line unit for a great price. We are so happy with our new unit and the service we got.

Overall good experience. It took some time to work through the issue, but was ultimately resolved in a professional manner. They have been my plumbing company for over 10 years. Will continue to be the one I go to in the future.
