Awful service! I called All-Pro to repair two leaks I had outside. Within two months, one of the leaks continued. A plumber was supposed to come over and take a look. Twice he was a no call no show. I called them again because they other repair failed. The secretary told me she would check with supervisor. I still haven’t heard from them. It’s been two days and I can’t even talk to anyone. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The technicians did a very good job. Very professional. We're on time and very pleased with the service. They were also very good to our dog so they're welcome back anytime

We can't thank Sergio enough! Our main line broke in the middle of the night on a Wednesday before a holiday weekend. He was at the house Thursday morning and then gave up his day off to get it replaced for us. He was prompt to pick up calls and answered all of my questions. I found Anthony by friend referral after another plumber was incompetent, rude
& left me with a broken shower. Anthony answered the phone right away, even though he was driving, pulled over to ask thoughtful questions, and made a timely appointment with me to assess the problem. He gave me an estimate on the phone and showed up even a little early for the first meeting. He made me feel comfortable by diagnosing and explaining my issue and how much it was going to cost to fix.
He also arrived early for the fixing appointment, was again very communicative and we even did a few extra cosmetic things and the cost was reasonable. I understood he was a consummate professional with thousands of jobs and years behind him. I have a beautiful functioning shower and tub now & it’s guaranteed for three years. Even his handwriting on the receipt is thorough & legible! He will be my plumber for all future projects.

Great customer service from the first phone contact with the office to the service call. They called within 15 minutes of the home warranty agency providing my number and they had their staff out the very next day. He took the extra step of giving tips on how to more efficiently use the digital A.C. panel before completing the fix on the roof unit. This was the second provider sent by the home warranty people, after abysmal service from the first provider. Wish they would have used Desert Star first.
