Sergio is the consummate professional. I first utilized him a few years ago when we came home from a weekend away to a flooded bathroom. This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! I had a leak where the main line comes into the house shutoff which had been replaced in October and a ball valve was installed. The leak appeared about 3 months after the install. I called Southern Arizona Plumbing and the phone was immediately answered. What a joy. The young lady listened to my description of the problem and brought up my previous plumbing problem. She said I can have Jake come out today. This is great service.
Jake called before he arrived and asked me to describe the problem. He arrive shortly after and went right to work. He new exactly what to do and had the leak repaired very quickly. All the time I watched what he was doing and he showed me a few tricks of the trade as I am always wanting to know how to fix things. He was very accommodating and fun to talk with. Jake is the man you want. I highly recommend Jake and Southern Arizona Plumbing.

These guys are really great. They've done a few jobs for me and I'm very happy with their work. I'm also impressed by how responsive and on time they are - always checking in and explaining everything ahead of time.

My air conditioner stopped and it was the hottest day in August. a friend of my neighbor had me call someone they used. Although they came in 1 half hr, they misdiagnosed the problem and (of course) recommended a new HVAC system. they replaced the capacitor, added refrigerant and told me I needed a new compressor. &250 later, it worked (for 2 days) and died again. since I just moved here, I called my realtor and she I had a warranty. I called them and they sent Desert Star. They told me (Chris) I didn't needed a capacitor, nor refrigerant, nor compressor. They replaced the coils and the unit works perfectly. Chris said I should get my money back. Being from the New York area, I laughed and said fat chance.
I called and got half. The point of this story is that Desert Star is competent, honest and professional. Chris was superb and Elise in the office is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. 10 stars from me.

Overall good experience. It took some time to work through the issue, but was ultimately resolved in a professional manner. They have been my plumbing company for over 10 years. Will continue to be the one I go to in the future.

I just listed my home and needed to have a Garbage Disposal replaced, a friend recommended this company and Wow , they came on time, Gilbert drove up wearing a big smile and was very professional installing the unit.
