They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

I’m a general contractor from Chicago and have worked them them many times. Always clean work and very professional. Never failed an inspection and always kept my customers happy.

My Tech was easy to talk to. He gave me prices before any work was done. He was quick and professional. My water heater was leaking and my tub was backed up and he was in and out in 45 mins or less. I will definitely call on him again or recommend him to friends and family.

We were literally minutes away from signing a contract with RiteWay for a new AC System after receiving proposals from several AC Contractors. I had heard Strongbuilt's commercials on KNST and also seen their truck(s) including at a neighbors house in the past. I told my wife about the nagging thought that I should call Strongbuilt. I call ed the next morning and explained that I wanted to make a decision by the end of the week ( It was Wednesday). They stated that they were pretty booked up that week, but would call me right back. A few minutes later they called and said thier rep was willing to come over early evening the next day.Dallas showed up on time and went through my whole system and listened to what i wanted and already knew from my other proposals. He wrote it up and printed out a proposal. I never told him what they other proposal were ( amount) . Strongbuilt's was ( honestly $206) more than the proposal we were going to sign but after looking at their equipment and warranties, they way Dallas came across ( honest and low pressure) my wife and I agreed that this was the company we wanted to go with.I was not in a hurry so I told them to feel free to schedule install after any emergency installs due to our was still working. They called me Monday morning and asked if they could schedule Thursday. Today is Thursday and they showed up on time ( 9AM) and were completely done, cleaned up and gone by 1PM. Beautiful installation. It works great and we are very happy with our decision.I HIGHLY, and honestly, recommend you call and get a proposal from DALLAS. He is a great guy. It is also a local company which we really try to support.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Ramon gave window of 11-1, called him at 1 and he said he would be later, arrived at 1:50. quoted price for job, then said didn't have part and wanted to use my old one. Then said he had to go to get the washing machine shut off valve. Very unprofessional and believed he overcharged me because I am a woman. Don't recommend!

Sergio from On The Way Plumbing has been out to my mom and dad's house several times to fix plumbing problems. He replaced the water heater, kitchen sink and also a toilet.he worked fast and efficiently every time. what i loved the most is the work they do is always done neatly. They came out to fix my hot water heater but it went out again in 2 hours and I called the warranty service I have and they called them again and sent out a fix order. They called me and set up a time and I waited for them and they were a no show not once but 3 different times and I still have no hot water. My conclusion now is they have no intentions of coming out to fix it.

I've used Plumb Plumbing twice in the last month. They did the sewer scope for my home purchase and just this morning they fixed two new issues that came up after I moved in. Both experiences were excellent. Both plumbers were professional, on time, courteous, and did good work. I found the rate reasonable and am so happy that my frozen laundry valves and leaking tub/shower fixture are fixed. Will use again when needed!
